Choose from several payment options to top up or settle your Bob Go account.
Recurring payments
Only Bob Pay credit card can be used as a recurring payment method for automatic account charges.
Pay using a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card.
African Bank and American Express are currently not supported.
Credit card or debit card payments using Visa or Mastercard are supported.
African Bank and American Express are currently not supported.
To use Capitec Pay, you only need your cellphone number, account number or ID number.
Make sure the Capitec app is installed on your device so you can authenticate the transaction.
Use Bob Pay's Scan to Pay option to top up or settle your account. Simply scan the displayed QR code using your Scan to Pay or supported banking app.
You can use any payment method offered by PayFast, including debit card, credit card or EFT.
Debit order is available on request.
Please allow approximately 3–4 working days for a debit-order payment to reflect on the Bob Go system.
Direct EFT is available on request.
If you use Direct EFT, you will not receive automatic notifications informing you of outstanding billing orders.
