Adding Bob Go tracking on your Shopify Store

You can easily add a tracking page to your Shopify store, allowing customers to track their orders directly from your website using their Bob Go tracking numbers. 

Step 1: Add the tracking page to your store menu

  1. Log in to your Shopify Admin.

  2. Navigate to Content → Menus.

  3. Select the menu where you would like the tracking link to appear:

    • Main Menu, or

    • Footer Menu.


      4. Click Add Menu Item.

      5. In the label field, enter Track Your Order (or any label you prefer).

      6. In the Link field:
    1. Copy your store’s URL (for example: https://yourstore.co.za)
    2. Paste it into the link field.
    3. Add /a/track to the end of the URL. Example: https://yourstore.co.za/a/track
      7. Click Save.




Your customers will now be able to track their orders directly from your store using their Bob Go tracking numbers. This provides a seamless experience for customers and helps reduce tracking-related support queries.

Step 2 (Optional): Customize the tracking page appearance

If you would like to adjust the appearance of the tracking page, you can edit your Shopify theme’s CSS.

  1. Go to Online Store → Themes.

  2. Click the three dots (⋯) next to Edit theme.

  3. Select Edit Code.

  4. Search for the file base.css.

  5. Add or modify styles as needed to match your store’s design.

  6. Click Save.
