Bob Go - Adding parcels to an order

When fulfilling an order that consists of more than one parcel, it is important to add this second or third parcel to the Bob Go system during order fulfillment. The weight and dimensions of each parcel must be added to the order. These will also appear on the waybills to ensure that all of the parcels are collected and delivered. It is vital that you add each of these waybills to the parcels and have the driver sign each copy as proof of collection.

To do this, scroll down on the order fulfillment page and click on the “Add another parcel” button to add another parcel to your order. Specify the weight and dimensions of the additional parcels and generate quotes for your shipments.
