Check the health of your shipments by using the shipment health status, shown on shipment listings and the shipment details pages. Shipment health indicates whether a shipment is collected and/or delivered within the specified service level agreement time. This status can help identify problem parcels in advance and manage customer expectations. These statuses are healthy, warning and problem, and are indicated with a corresponding colour. Users are also able to hover over warning and problem statuses for the reason thereof.
⬤Healthy: the shipment is on track to be collected and delivered within the specified service level time.
⬤Warning: the shipment might not be collected or delivered within the specified service level time.
⬤Problem: the shipment has not been collected or delivered within the specified service level time.
A report for shipment health can be created for ease of use. To generate the report, go the reports in the left navigation pane and generate the report as required. A summary of your shipments’ health status will also be displayed on the dashboard.
Smart shipping suggestion:Use the health status filter on the shipping tab once a day to address warning problem parcels.
