Payment methods on Bob Go

Accepted payment methods:

Bob Pay credit card:
Credit card or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). African Bank and American Express is currently not supported.

Please note: Only Bob Pay credit card can be used to set a recurring payment method (auto-charge).​

Bob Pay Instant EFT:
Credit card or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). African Bank and American Express is not currently supported.

Bob Pay Capitec Pay:
All you need when you use Capitec Pay is your cellphone, account or ID number. Please ensure your Capitec app is installed in order to authenticate the transaction.

Bob Pay Scan Pay:
Make use of Bob Pay’s Scan to Pay option to top up or settle your account. You can scan the QR code with your Scan to Pay or banking app.

PayFast:
Any payment method offered by PayFast (debit card, credit card or EFT).

Debit order:
Available on request. A debit order takes between 3- 4 working days to reflect on our system.

Direct EFT:
Available on request. Please note that if you use this payment method you will not receive automatic notifications informing you of any outstanding billing orders.
