Bulk tools
Bulk tools allow users to perform a range of actions on a batch of selected orders or shipments, significantly increasing operational efficiency and reducing manual workload.
To execute a bulk action, choose the specific orders or shipments to which you want to apply the bulk action, scroll to the top of the page and click on the bulk tools drop-down menu. From the menu, select the desired action you wish to perform.

Fulfill and ship
Fulfill and ship multiple orders simultaneously based on your account preferences and rules with a quick, one-click fulfillment to confirm shipping details, including the courier, fulfillment method and service level.
Download packing slips
Download the packing slips of multiple orders to speed up your picking and packing processes.
Mark as completed
If there was a syncing issue during the time of fulfillment, and the system did not automatically mark orders as completed, manually mark these orders as completed using this bulk tool.
Archive
Simultaneously archive multiple orders that you’re no longer interested in referencing, or to stop the orders from showing in the orders tab.
Update collectoin address
Use this bulk tool action to update the collection addresses of multiple orders simultaneously.
Add declared value
Add a declared value to multiple orders simultaneously, either as a specified value or a percentage of the total cart value.
Add tags to orders
Add tags to multiple orders at the same time with this bulk tool action.
Resubmit channel fulfillments
If Shopify locations aren’t linked correctly to the collection address on Bob Go, pushing of fulfillments to Shopify may fail. After addresses have been linked correctly for Shopify orders, resubmit multiple failed fulfillments with this bulk tool.

Download waybills
Download the waybills of multiple shipments simultaneously.
Create shipping manifests
Create manifests of multiple shipments, based on the date of collection and the courier selected for the shipment. You will receive confirmation of how many shipments will be added to the manifest or if there are any faulty shipments.
