Bob Go's courier partners do not specialise in transporting perishable products and will not accept liability for loss or damage relating to the perishable nature of the goods.
This is particularly important for fresh, refrigerated or frozen products that require controlled temperatures during transport.
According to the applicable courier terms and conditions, couriers do not accept liability for loss or damage caused by inadequate packaging or by the perishable, fragile or brittle nature of the goods.
This means that even if the goods are damaged following a service level delay or failure, the courier will still not accept liability for the perishable contents.

No. Courier insurance does not cover perishable goods, which means additional insurance cannot be taken out on these parcels.
Standard courier vehicles and warehouses are not designed to provide the temperature-controlled handling required by many perishable products.
