Important daily notes

  • The Courier Guy truck collections: Must be booked the business day before collection by emailing bobgo@thecourierguy.co.za and copying support@bobgo.co.za. Same-day service is not available when a truck is required.
  • Skynet same-day: Pre-alert Bob Go Support at support@bobgo.co.za so the shipment can be prioritised.
  • Fastway: No backdoor deliveries are permitted according to Fastway's delivery policy.
  • MTE Xpress: Cannot be used for shipments to or from Takealot.
