Understand what is included during your trial, what you still need to pay for, and what happens when your trial ends.

Do I pay a subscription fee during the trial?

No. You will not be charged a Bob Go subscription fee during your trial period.

Once your trial ends, Bob Go will prompt you to select a subscription plan. After selecting your plan, an invoice will be generated for immediate payment to activate it.

What is included during the trial?

During your trial, you receive the benefits available on the Advanced plan, together with the applicable discounted shipping rates.

If you select a plan below Advanced after your trial, your shipping rates may be slightly higher.

Shipping costs are still payable during your trial

The trial removes the subscription fee only. You are still responsible for the cost of any shipments you create during the trial period.

Add funds before shipping

Before shipping your first parcel, you will need to add funds to your Bob Go account.

You cannot create shipments with a negative account balance.

You can top up your account at any stage when additional funds are needed.
