How billing works on the 14-day free trial
During your trial period, you will not be liable to pay the Bob Go subscription fee – this is only required after the trial period when the system prompts you to select a plan. Once you have picked a plan, an invoice will be generated for immediate payment to activate the chosen plan.
During your trial period, you will receive all the benefits of our Advanced plan, as well as the discounted shipping rates (please note if you select a plan that is lower than the Advanced plan, your shipping rates will be slightly higher). However, it is important to note that you will still be liable to pay for your shipping costs during your trial period.
To ship your first parcel, you will need to add money into your account. You will not be able to ship with a negative balance and are able to top up your account at any stage.
