How do I update my Bob Go profile details?

What user profile details can I update?
You can update the following information on your Bob Go profile details:
- Name and surname
- Email address
- Contact number
- Opt-out/in of receiving alert emails
Additional business and account details can also be updated:
- Account name
- Account primary contact details
- Account support contact details
- Billing details
- Billing address
- Billing contact details
How to update your profile details
- Log in to your Bob Go account
- Navigate to My profile by clicking on your name
- Select the infromation you want to update
- Edit the relevant fields
- Click Save to apply your changes
If you update your contact details you may be required to verify the new details by means of OTP verification.
To update billing or company details:
- Go to Account
- Navigate to the Account detail or Billing tab
- Update the relevant fields
- Save your changes
