Your courier rate card allows you to view the rates available on your Bob Go account and download them for easy reference.

Where to find your rate card

1. Log in to your Bob Go account.
2. Select Account from the left hand menu.
3. Select Courier rate card from the submenu.
4. Your available courier rates will be displayed on screen.

You can also download your rate card if you would like to keep a copy for reference.

Are the rates inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All rates displayed on your courier rate card are inclusive of VAT.

Important information about surcharges

Your courier rate card displays the base courier rates available on your account.

Additional courier fees or surcharges may apply depending on the shipment, delivery area, parcel details or service used. These additional charges are not included in the pregenerated rate card.

The final amount charged for a shipment may therefore differ from the rate displayed on your rate card.

Important: You remain responsible for the final courier charge, including any applicable surcharges or additional fees.
