You can update the Shopify checkout language to include Suburb in the Address 2 field. Depending on your Shopify setup, you can use either of the methods below.

Method 1: Update the checkout language

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Checkout and accounts.
  2. Scroll down to the Checkout language section.
  3. Click Manage checkout language.
  4. Scroll down to Checkout contact.
  5. Edit both Address2 label fields to include Suburb.
  6. Click Save.

Method 2: Update the theme language

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
  2. For your published theme, click Actions → Edit languages.
  3. Find Checkout & system in the menu.
  4. Scroll down to Checkout contact.
  5. Edit both Address2 label fields to include Suburb.
  6. Click Save.

Good to know: You only need to use one of the methods above to update the Address 2 label.
