Add Bob Go tracking functionality to your WooCommerce store so customers can track their parcels directly from your website.

Set up the tracking page

1. Log in to your WordPress Admin portal.
2. In the left navigation panel, go to WooCommerce → Bob Go.
3. Select Tracking from the Bob Go plugin submenu.
4. Under Shipping page, make sure your tracking page is selected. This can be the Shipping details page.
   • If you do not already have a tracking page, you can add one from this setting.

Manage the tracking page

1. In the WordPress left navigation panel, go to Pages.
2. Find the Shipping details — Bob Go page.
3. This page allows customers to track their parcel directly through your website.
4. To change the page name, click Quick Edit and update the title and slug to your preference.
