Cancel a shipment directly from the Shipments section in Bob Go.

How to cancel the shipment

1. Go to Shipments in the left navigation menu.
2. Open the shipment you would like to cancel.
3. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the shipment details.
4. Select Cancel shipping label.

Cancelling the shipping label will cancel the fulfillment for that shipment.

What happens to the courier collection?

The collection request is automatically cancelled on the courier system, and an automatic email is sent to the courier requesting that the collection reference be cancelled.

In some cases, the collection driver may already be on the way to your collection location and may not yet have received the cancellation request.

Important

Cancelling the shipment does not always prevent a courier driver from arriving if they were already en route before the cancellation was received.
