How to connect Magento to Bob Go

Connect your Magento store to Bob Go using the Magento API sales channel. The setup requires configuration in both Bob Go and your Magento Admin Panel.

Step 1: Set up Magento in Bob Go

  1. Log in to Bob Go and navigate to Sales channels in the left navigation panel.
  2. Under the API channels, select Magento and click Generate Magento API key.

  1. Enter your store URL and click Create sales channel.

  1. A unique API key will be generated automatically. Click the key to copy it. You will use this key to connect Magento to Bob Go.

  1. Go to Settings → Webhook subscriptions.
  2. Regenerate the webhook secret.
  3. Select your preferred webhook topics and subscribe to them.

Good to know: Keep the generated API key and webhook secret available while completing the Magento configuration.

Step 2: Configure Bob Go in Magento

  1. Log in to your Magento Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Stores → Configuration → Sales → Delivery Methods.
  3. Scroll down to the Bob Go section.
  4. Under API Key, paste the unique API key generated in Bob Go.
  5. Set Environment to Production.
  6. Set Enable Bob Go rates at checkout to Yes.
  7. Under Webhook Signing Secret, paste the webhook secret generated in Bob Go.
  8. If required, enable:
    • Order Push – sends Magento orders to Bob Go for fulfillment.
    • Fulfillment Sync – syncs fulfillment information from Bob Go back to Magento.
  9. Click Save Configuration.
