How to connect Netcash Shop to Bob Go

Connect your Netcash Shop store to Bob Go to manage your orders and shipping from your Bob Go account.

Connect your Netcash Shop store

  1. Log in to your Bob Go account.
  2. In the left navigation panel, go to Sales channels.
  3. Click + Add channel.
  4. Select Netcash Shop from the available sales channels.
  5. Click Install app.
  6. Install and authenticate the Bob Go app.

Once authentication is complete, you will automatically be redirected to your Bob Go dashboard. Your Netcash Shop sales channel should now appear as connected.

Things to know about the Netcash Shop integration

Rates at checkout

Rates at checkout are supported and enabled by default when the app is installed. You must still enable Rates at checkout in Bob Go.

Order editing

Order editing is not supported. Changes made to an order in Netcash Shop will not be communicated back to Bob Go.

AfterShip

Tracking in Bob Go may be affected if the AfterShip app is used.

Good to know: Check your Netcash Shop product settings to make sure product weights and measurement units are configured correctly.
