Connect your Shopify store to Bob Go to manage your Shopify orders and fulfillment from your Bob Go account.

Connect your Shopify store

1. Log in to your Bob Go account.
2. In the left navigation panel, go to Sales channels.
3. Click + Add channel.
4. Select Shopify from the available sales channels.
5. Click Install app. You will be redirected to the Bob Go app listing in the Shopify App Store.
6. On the Shopify App Store page, click Install.
7. Follow the on-screen prompts to authorise and install the app.
8. Once authentication is complete, you will automatically be redirected to your Bob Go dashboard. Your Shopify sales channel should now appear as connected.

If your Shopify store uses multiple locations, make sure the relevant Shopify locations are linked to the correct Bob Go collection addresses.
