How to connect WooCommerce to Bob Go

Connect your WooCommerce store to Bob Go using the Bob Go Smart Shipping for WooCommerce plugin and the WooCommerce API sales channel.

Important: Remove any existing WooCommerce sales channel from Bob Go before installing and connecting the WooCommerce API channel.

Step 1: Install the plugin

  1. Log in to WordPress Admin.
  2. Go to Plugins → Add Plugin.
  3. Search for Bob Go Smart Shipping for WooCommerce, or open the plugin in the WordPress Plugin Directory .
  4. Click Install Now.
  5. Click Activate.

Step 2: Connect your store

  1. In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Bob Go → Connection.
  2. Copy the Store URL / Store Identifier shown on the connection screen.
  3. Open Bob Go in a new tab and go to Sales channels.
  4. Remove any existing WooCommerce sales channel if one is present.
  5. Click Add channel.
  6. Select WooCommerce API and generate the key.
  7. Paste the Store Identifier / URL copied from WooCommerce and click Create sales channel.
  8. Copy the API key generated by Bob Go.
  9. Return to WooCommerce → Bob Go → Connection and paste the API key.
  10. In Bob Go, go to Settings → Webhook subscriptions and copy the Webhook secret.
  11. Return to the WooCommerce Connection screen, paste the webhook secret and click Save connection.

Step 3: Check the connection status

  1. In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Bob Go → Overview.
  2. Review the current connection status and enabled features shown on the overview page.
