Group multiple shipments into one manifest for easier courier handover and proof of collection.

What is a manifest?

A manifest is a document listing the shipping labels for parcels that need to be collected by a specific courier.

Instead of asking the courier driver to sign each individual shipping label, the driver can sign the manifest once. You can then keep the signed manifest as proof of collection.

How to create a manifest

1. Go to Shipments in the left navigation menu.
2. Select the shipments you want to include in the manifest.
3. Open the Bulk actions menu.
4. Select the option to generate the manifest.
5. Bob Go will confirm how many shipments can be added to the manifest and will flag any shipments that cannot be included.

Where can I find the manifest?

Once the manifest has been generated, go to Manifests to find and download it.

Important manifest rules

• A waybill can only be allocated to one manifest.
• A manifest is generated for one courier at a time. If you have shipments for another courier, you will need to create a separate manifest.

Scaling tip

Keep the signed manifest after collection. It gives you one consolidated record showing which parcels were handed over to the courier.
