How to fulfill an order

Fulfill an order by confirming the shipment details, adding your parcel information, selecting a courier rate and booking the shipment.

Once an order is ready to ship, you can fulfill it directly from the Orders section in Bob Go.

Open the order you want to fulfill

  1. Go to Orders in the left navigation menu.
  2. Find the unfulfilled order you would like to complete.
  3. Open the order by selecting the order number or the More fulfillment options button.

This will open the order details where you can prepare the shipment for fulfillment.

Confirm the shipment details

  1. Confirm that the collection address is correct.
  2. Confirm the customer's delivery address.
  3. Add the parcel details, including the required dimensions and weight.
  4. Once the information is complete, generate the available courier rates.

Make sure your parcel details are accurate

Courier rates are calculated using the parcel details you provide. Enter the parcel dimensions and weight as accurately as possible to reduce the difference between the initial rate and the final confirmed charge.

Fulfill an order in Bob Go

Select a rate and book the shipment

  1. Review the available courier rates.
  2. Select your preferred courier service and rate.
  3. Book the shipment to complete the fulfillment.

Once the booking is successful, the order will be fulfilled and a shipment will be created in Bob Go.

After the order has been fulfilled, you will have the option to download the shipping label for the shipment.

Print two copies of the shipping label.

You can also use Sticker Waybills where applicable.

What happens after fulfillment?

  • Your customer will receive an email with the relevant tracking details.
  • The courier will be notified that the parcel is ready for collection.
  • You can go to Shipments in the left navigation menu to view the shipment and check the collection request.

Using order tags

Tags can be added to orders to help group and identify them according to your own requirements, making it easier to find and filter specific orders later.
