How to make payment

How to top up your account:
Click on “Top up account” in your left navigation pane and select your preferred topup amount. Choose your preferred payment method or click directly on “Make payment” if you’re using your saved payment method. Follow the prompts to make payment. 


How to set up a recurring payment method:
Navigate to account in the left navigation pane and select billing in the sub-menu. Click on the pencil icon next to “Payment method” and select your preferred recurring payment method. Follow the prompts to set up your details. 




How to pay your outstanding balance:
Navigate to account in the left navigation pane and click on “Pay outstanding balance” in the subscription section. Select your preferred payment method or click directly on “Make payment” if you’re using your saved payment method. Follow the prompts to make payment.




How to pay for an invoice:
Navigate to account in the left navigation pane and select billing in the sub-menu. Click on the invoices tab, then “Pay invoice” next to the relevant unpaid invoice (please note that older invoices must be paid first). Select your preferred payment method or click directly on “Make payment” if you’re using your saved payment method. Follow the prompts to make payment.
