How to make payments and top up your Bob Go account
Top up your balance, set up recurring payments, settle your outstanding balance or pay an unpaid invoice.
Which payment option should I use?

How to top up your account
- Select Top up account from the left navigation menu.
- Select the amount you would like to add to your account.
- Choose your preferred payment method.
- If you are using a saved payment method, you can select Make payment directly.
- Follow the prompts to complete the payment.
How to set up a recurring payment method
- Go to Account in the left navigation menu.
- Select Billing.
- Select the pencil icon next to Payment method.
- Select the available recurring payment option.
- Follow the prompts to enter and save your payment details.
Recurring auto-charge
Bob Pay credit card is the payment method used for recurring automatic account charges.
How to pay your outstanding balance
- Go to Account.
- In the Subscription section, select Pay outstanding balance.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- If you are using a saved payment method, select Make payment.
- Follow the prompts to complete the payment.
How to pay an invoice
- Go to Account.
- Select Billing.
- Open the Invoices tab.
- Select Pay invoice next to the relevant unpaid invoice.
- Select your preferred payment method, or select Make payment if you are using your saved payment method.
- Follow the prompts to complete the payment.
Older invoices must be settled first
If your account has more than one unpaid invoice, older invoices must be paid before newer invoices can be settled.
