How to set up PDF sticker waybill printing
Waybill printing
Set up a compatible sticker printer and print PDF sticker waybills directly from Bob Go.
Requirements
What printer can I use?
Any PDF sticker printer that supports the required sticker size can be used.
Bob Go has tested and recommends the Trophy Thermal Printer.

Plan availability
PDF sticker label printing is enabled by default on the Starter, Advanced and Premium plans.
Setup and installation
The exact installation steps may differ depending on your printer make and model. Use the steps below as a general setup guide and refer to your printer manufacturer's instructions where needed.
1. Connect the printer
USB
Connect the printer to your PC or Mac using a USB cable and switch the printer on.
LAN, if supported
Connect the printer to your local network using a network cable and switch it on. Make sure your network uses DHCP for automatic IP assignment, or follow your printer manual to configure a static IP address.
2. Download the printer drivers
Download the official installation drivers for your operating system from your printer manufacturer's website.
3. Install the printer software
Open the downloaded installation file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
4. Set the printer as your default
Open your computer's Printers & Scanners settings and set the PDF sticker printer as your default printing device.
5. Print a test waybill
- Log in to your Bob Go account.
- Go to Shipments.
- Print a PDF sticker waybill.
Check your first printed label
After printing your first shipping label, check that the alignment is correct.
All information should be fully visible and nothing should be cut off along the sides of the sticker.
Recalibrating your printer
If the label is not aligned correctly, your printer may need to be recalibrated.
Calibration steps differ by printer. Refer to the instructions for your specific printer make and model for the correct calibration process.
