Rates at checkout

Enable Bob Go shipping rates on your WooCommerce store so customers can see available delivery options during checkout.

To display Bob Go shipping Rates at checkout on WooCommerce, the official Bob Go plugin must first be installed, activated and connected to your Bob Go account.

Once the integration is in place, you can enable Rates at checkout directly from the Bob Go settings in WooCommerce.

1. Install and connect the Bob Go plugin

If your WooCommerce store has not yet been connected to Bob Go, complete the integration setup first.

2. Enable Bob Go Rates at checkout

1. In your WooCommerce backend, go to WooCommerce → Bob Go.

2. Find the Bob Go Rates at checkout option.
3. Enable the setting.
4. Save your changes.

Make sure your product information is accurate

Your WooCommerce products should have the correct weight and dimensions configured.

These details are sent to Bob Go and used when calculating the applicable shipping Rates at checkout.

Setup complete

Once the Bob Go plugin is connected and Rates at checkout is enabled, your configured Bob Go shipping rates can be displayed to customers during checkout on your WooCommerce store.
