Product shipping requirements

Large parcels can be shipped through Bob Go, but additional handling and liability conditions apply.

Can I ship large parcels with Bob Go?

Yes. Large parcels can be shipped through Bob Go.

A parcel is considered large if it:

• Exceeds 1 m³ in size; or
• Has a volumetric or actual weight of 20 kg or more.

Large parcels are shipped without courier liability

Courier partners do not accept liability for large products. If an item is damaged, broken or stolen during transit, the courier will not provide a refund or cover the loss.

In some cases, you may also be required to sign an indemnity form before the shipment can proceed.

How to avoid collection delays

Large parcels may require a suitable collection vehicle. To help prevent collection delays, pre-alert both the courier and Bob Go before collection.

1. Contact Bob Go Support and advise that the shipment contains a large parcel.
2. Make sure the courier is pre-alerted so that the appropriate vehicle can be dispatched.
3. Clearly add the large-parcel information to the collection instructions field on the fulfillment page.

Before booking your collection

If your parcel exceeds 1 m³ or weighs 20 kg or more by actual or volumetric weight, contact Bob Go Support before collection so the necessary arrangements can be made.
