How to use Bulk tools in Bob Go
Scaling your shipping
Perform actions on multiple orders or shipments at once to reduce repetitive work and speed up fulfillment.
Bulk tools allow you to apply the same action to multiple selected orders or shipments at the same time, helping you process larger volumes more efficiently.
How to use Bulk tools
- Select the orders or shipments you want to work with.
- Go to the Bulk tools dropdown at the top of the page.
- Select the action you want to apply to the selected records.

Fulfill and ship
Fulfill and ship multiple orders simultaneously using your account preferences and rules to help confirm courier, fulfillment method and service level details.
Download packing or picking slips
Generate packing or picking slips for multiple selected orders to speed up the picking and packing process.
Mark as completed
Manually mark multiple orders as completed where a sync issue prevented them from updating automatically.
Archive
Archive multiple orders simultaneously to keep your main Orders list organised.
Update collection address
Change the collection address across multiple selected orders in one action.
Add tags to orders
Apply tags to multiple orders at the same time to make them easier to group, filter and identify.
Sync orders to and from channel
If fulfillment syncing fails, for example because Shopify locations were not linked correctly, this option can be used to re-push the fulfillment once the address links have been corrected.

Generate manifests for selected shipments based on their collection dates and couriers. Bob Go will confirm which shipments were included or flag any issues.
