Installing Magento as an API channel

On Bob Go:

How do I connect Magento API to Bob Go?

  1. Log in to Bob Go and navigate to Sales Channels in the left navigation panel.

  2. Under API channels, select Magento from the list of options and select Generate Magento API key.


  3. Enter your store URL and select Create sales channel.



  4. A unique API key will be generated automatically. Click on the key to copy it, as this key will be used to establish the connection with Magento.



          5. Go to Settings → Webhook Subscriptions, then regenerate webhook secret. Once this is done, select your preferred webhook topics and subscribe to them.
             


 

 On Magento:

  1.  Log in to your Magento Admin Panel.

  2. Navigate to: Stores → Configuration → Sales → Delivery Methods.

  3. Scroll down to the Bob Go section.

  4. Under API Key, paste the unique API key generated from your Bob Go account.

  5. Set Environment to Production.

  6. Set Enable Bob Go rates at checkout to Yes.

  7. Under Webhook Signing Secret, paste the unique Regenerate webhook secret from your Bob Go account.

  8. If required, enable:
    Order Push – to send Magento orders to Bob Go for fulfillment.
    Fulfillment Sync – to sync fulfillment information from Bob Go back to Magento.

  9. Click Save Configuration.
