Processing a return

How to create a return on Bob Go. 

InfoThe order must be fulfilled before a return can be processed in Bob Go.
  1. Navigate to Orders in the left navigation menu and locate the specific fulfilled order.
  2. Click on the order number to open it, then select Create return (or click Create return directly on the order card).
  3. Confirm the prompt to open the fulfillment page. Verify the pickup and delivery addresses, enter the parcel details, and generate courier rates.
  4. Select your preferred courier rate and confirm the shipment.

Customer Instructions:

  • A waybill will be automatically generated and emailed to your customer.

  • Have the customer print two copies of the waybill and attach them securely to the parcel for courier collection.
