How to access your Rate card

  1. Where to find it: Go to Account in the left-hand menu and select Courier rate card in the Sub-menu.
  2. Viewing options: View your rates directly on-screen or download the card for quick reference.
  3. Pricing: All listed rates are inclusive of VAT.

Important Note on Surcharges: Pre-generated rate cards reflect base rates only and do not include extra courier fees or surcharges applied to specific shipment conditions. You remain responsible for paying the final rate.
