How to use Bob Go Rates at Checkout on Shopify

To display Bob Go shipping rates at checkout on Shopify, you first need to enable Shopify’s Third-Party Carrier-Calculated Shipping Rates feature.

1. Enable Third-Party Carrier-Calculated Shipping Rates on Shopify

This feature is included by default on the Advanced and Plus Shopify plans.

If you are on another Shopify plan, you can still enable it by contacting Shopify support and requesting that the Third-Party Carrier-Calculated Shipping Rates feature be added to your account.

Once this feature is enabled, you can proceed to configure Bob Go as your shipping rate provider.

2. Add Bob Go as a Carrier App on Shopify

  1. Log in to your Shopify Admin.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Click Shipping and Delivery.
  4. Under General Shipping Rates, select the shipping profile you would like to add.
  5. Scroll down to Shipping Zones.
  6. Click Add rate.
  7. Select Use carrier or app to calculate rates.
  8. From the list of available apps, choose Bob Go.
  9. Save your changes.



3. Enable Shopify Rates at Checkout on Bob Go 

  1. Log in to your Bob Go dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Rates at Checkout in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Under Installed Channels, enable Shopify and click save.

Once these steps are completed, Bob Go shipping rates will be displayed to your customers during checkout on your Shopify store.
