Rebooking a shipment

Please note that this is a WumDrop-specific feature.

A failed WumDrop shipment will be marked by a yellow banner and can be rebooked on the shipment itself. Navigate to the settings cog on the failed shipment and select “Re-attempt collection” or “Re-attempt delivery”. This will ensure the shipments will be reattempted with the same waybill number.
