Streamline and speed up your fulfillment processes. Use these order fulfillment features to scale up your shipping on Bob Go.
BULK FULFILLMENT
Fulfill multiple orders simultaneously by selecting the orders you would like to fulfill by using the small tick boxes next to each order number. Once you have selected your orders to fulfill, scroll back to the top and select the bulk actions drop menu and fulfill and ship the orders.
BULK WAYBILL DOWNLOAD
Download the waybill of multiple orders simultaneously by selecting the orders you require the waybill of. Once you have selected your orders to fulfill, scroll back to the top and select the bulk actions drop menu and download the waybills.
BULK PACKING SLIP DOWNLOAD
Make picking and packing easy with packing slips. Select the orders you require the packing slips of, select the bulk actions drop menu and download the packing slips. Packing slips can also be downloaded for each order.
OTHER BULK ACTIONS
By selecting multiple orders and using the bulk action feature, you are also able to archive numerous orders or mark orders as ‘completed’.
MANIFESTS
A manifest is a list of waybills that need to be collected by a specific courier on a specific day. Downloading and using a manifest means that the driver who is doing the collection will only need to sign one document, rather than a waybill for each parcel. The signed manifest is your proof of collection. Create a manifest by selecting the shipments that you would like to include in your manifest. Select the bulk actions drop menu and generate the manifest(s). You will receive confirmation of how many shipments will be added to the manifest or if there are any faulty shipments. Find your manifests in the shipments tab.
CUSTOM FILTERS
When two or more filters have been applied to sort your orders or shipments, you are able to save these custom filters. Custom filters allow you to group orders based on your specifications and save you the time and effort of needing to filter through and identify those particular orders.
TAGS
Tags can be applied to orders and shipments. Tags allow you to group orders based on your specifications and save you the time and effort of needing to filter through and identify those particular orders.
