Setting up Ecwid as a channel

How to Integrate Ecwid with Bob Go

To connect your Ecwid channel to Bob Go:

  1. Log in to your Bob Go account.

  2. In the left navigation panel, go to Sales channels.

  3. Click + Add channel.

  4. Select Ecwid from the list of available channels.

  5. Click Install app. 

  6. Install and authenticate the Bob Go app.

Once authentication is complete, you will be automatically redirected back to your Bob Go dashboard, where the Ecwid channel should now appear as connected.



Things to note:
  1. Rates at checkout are supported and enabled by default when the app is installed. However, it must still be enabled on Bob Go. 
  2. Order editing is not supported and edits will not be communicated back to Bob Go.
  3. Tracking on Bob Go will be affected if the AfterShip app is used.
  4. Merchants are encouraged to check the settings for product weights and metrics.
