Scaling your shipping

Use Bob Go's fulfillment and bulk management tools to process more orders efficiently as your shipping volumes grow.

As your order volumes increase, small improvements to your fulfillment process can save significant time. Bob Go includes several tools that can help reduce repetitive tasks, organise orders and process shipments more efficiently.

Quick fulfill

Quick fulfillment helps speed up the process of turning an order into a shipment. From the order listing, select Fulfill, confirm the shipping information and continue with the shipment booking.

Search for multiple orders or waybills

Instead of scrolling through large order or shipment lists, use the search functionality to locate specific order numbers or waybill numbers. Once the required records have been identified, you can select them and apply the relevant bulk actions.

Bulk tools and bulk actions

Bulk tools allow you to perform actions on multiple selected orders or shipments at the same time, reducing repetitive manual work.

Select the orders or shipments you want to work with, then use the available Bulk actions options to perform the required action.

Additional parcels

If one order needs to be shipped in multiple parcels, add each parcel during fulfillment and enter the correct weight and dimensions for each one.

This helps ensure that all parcels forming part of the shipment are recorded correctly and reflected on the shipping documentation.

Manifests

A manifest is a list of waybills being handed to a specific courier for collection.

Instead of having the driver sign documentation for every individual parcel, the selected shipments can be grouped onto a manifest. The signed manifest can then be retained as proof that the listed parcels were handed over for collection.

Select the shipments you want to include and use the relevant bulk action to generate the manifest.

Packing and picking slips

Packing and picking slips can support your warehouse or fulfillment process by helping your team identify which items belong to each order.

These documents can also be generated in bulk when you are preparing multiple orders at the same time.

Custom filters

Filters help narrow your order or shipment lists to the records that need your attention. Where custom filters are available, saving frequently used combinations can reduce the time spent repeatedly applying the same filters.

Tags

Tags can be applied to orders and shipments to help group and identify them according to your own operational requirements.

Scaling tip

The biggest time savings usually come from combining these tools: use filters and tags to identify the right orders, bulk actions to process them, and manifests or slips to simplify your warehouse and collection workflow.
