Certain goods are prohibited or restricted for safety, health or legal reasons, including applicable trade embargoes.
Attempting to ship prohibited or dangerous goods may result in additional charges, delays or confiscation by the relevant authorities. Restricted goods may also be subject to special packaging requirements and limited or no courier liability.

Restricted goods may still be accepted for transport, but special packaging requirements and courier liability conditions can apply.
Depending on the product, the courier may accept only limited liability or no liability.

All oil must be completely drained before shipping.

Glass products can be shipped using Bob Go courier partners.
However, they are shipped without courier liability and are not insurable. If the goods are damaged, broken or stolen during transit, the courier will not accept liability for the loss or damage.
Glass products require careful packaging and should follow the applicable fragile-goods packaging requirements.
Shipping perishable goods through Bob Go courier partners is strongly discouraged.
Courier partners do not accept liability for loss or damage relating to the perishable nature of the goods, and perishable products are not covered by courier insurance.
Standard courier vehicles and warehouses are also not designed to maintain temperature-controlled conditions.
Fresh, refrigerated or frozen products are therefore especially unsuitable for standard courier transport.
