Below is a breakdown of the shipment statuses you may see on Bob Go, along with a quick explanation of what each one means.
Pending collection
The shipment has been created and is waiting for the courier to collect it.
Collection failed attempt
The courier attempted to collect the parcel but was unsuccessful and will re-attempt.
Collection exception
Something went wrong during the collection process. The courier may need assistance or the collection may need to be rescheduled.
Collected
The parcel has been successfully collected by the courier.
In transit
The shipment is on its way to the delivery destination or the next courier hub.
Out for delivery
The parcel is with the driver and is out for delivery.
Delivery failed attempt
The courier attempted to deliver the parcel but was unable to complete the delivery and will re-attempt.
Delivery exception
There is an issue affecting the delivery. This could include delays, incorrect address details or another problem that may require assistance before delivery can be completed.
Delivered
The parcel has been successfully delivered to the recipient.
Ready for pickup
The parcel is waiting at a pickup point and is ready for the recipient to collect.
Finalised
The shipment has been manually marked as completed and was not updated through the system by the courier.
Collected and returned to hub
The parcel was collected but has returned to the courier's hub and is being prepared to return to the sender.
Returned to sender
The parcel is being returned to the sender, usually following multiple failed delivery attempts or a specific return request.
Cancelled
The shipment was cancelled before it was collected or processed.
Cancelled by courier
The courier cancelled the shipment. This could be due to service limitations or operational issues.
