Understanding statements, invoices and payments

View and manage your billing records, tax invoices, statements, credit notes, payments and receipts in Bob Go.

What can I view in the billing section?

The Billing section gives you access to your account's billing information in one place.

You can switch between:

  • Billing transactions
  • Invoices
  • Credit notes

Search fields and date filters can be used to find the billing records you need.

Statements

You can generate an account statement for a period that you specify.

The statement includes:

  • The opening balance for the selected period
  • The closing balance for the selected period
  • Tax invoices issued during the period
  • Receipts issued during the period

What will I see on a monthly statement?

When you generate a statement, you may see:

  • The monthly invoice raised
  • The payment taken for the account balance
  • The pending subscription charge for the month

Tax invoices

You can choose how frequently Bob Go issues your tax invoices.

Available invoice frequencies are:

  • Weekly
  • Monthly

A tax invoice will be issued for the charges incurred during the applicable invoice period.

A list of invoices raised for your account is available in the Billing section. Select an invoice to view its details.

Payments and receipts

You can make payments towards your Bob Go account based on the invoices and balances reflected in your billing records.

When a payment is received, Bob Go will automatically allocate it to the oldest unpaid invoice.

A receipt will then be issued for the payment.

Quick summary

  • Statements show account activity over a selected period.
  • Tax invoices can be issued weekly or monthly.
  • Payments are allocated to the oldest unpaid invoice first.
  • A receipt is issued once a payment has been processed.
