Learn how your shipping limit works, when payment is required and how to request a higher account limit.
Paid Bob Go plans are allocated an account limit. This allows you to continue shipping until the available limit has been reached.
Your account limit may be increased over time based on your payment history and is subject to approval.
What happens when I reach 80% of my limit?
Once you reach 80% of your shipping limit, the payment process depends on the payment method linked to your account.
Trial and Pay as you go plans
Trial and Pay as you go plans do not have an account limit by default. These accounts need to be topped up before shipping.
If you require an account limit on one of these plans, contact Bob Go Support. Requests are subject to approval.
On the first of every month, you will be invoiced for:
Your upcoming monthly subscription fee will also be added as a billing transaction on the first of the month, but it will only be invoiced at the end of that invoice cycle.
Good to know: A subscription fee appearing as a billing transaction does not necessarily mean it has already been invoiced. The upcoming subscription fee is invoiced at the end of the applicable invoice cycle.
Your account limit can be increased on request.
