Using bulk picking slips
Bulk picking slips are useful for consolidating items across multiple orders to streamline the picking process. Instead of picking and packing orders one by one, bulk picking allows staff to collect all required items in a single pass through the warehouse, saving time and reducing repetitive effort.
To download a bulk picking slip, navigate to the Orders page, tick the orders you would like to process, select Bulk actions, and select the option Download picking slips. This will generate a PDF of all items across the selected orders, grouped by the order items.
The following information is provided on a bulk picking slip:
- Item name and description
- Item SKU
- Total quantity required across selected orders
