What happens if I book a compartment and my parcel doesn’t fit?
If your parcel does not fit in the compartment you selected, you can cancel the shipment and create a new booking with a larger compartment size.
Any amount already paid will be refunded to your account balance.
You can then use this balance toward your new booking and simply pay the difference, if applicable.
